I'm thinking 15 will be what I'd like to cap at and make a ratio of roughly 4:11 or so. If Aeiou has signed up, I think I know of one other person that's joining. I can squeeze in up to 16 or 18 or so if necessary, but I think this game works best around the 13-18 range.

I'll close sign-ups either tomorrow evening or when we hit 15 players--whichever comes first. At that point I'll give everyone a day to send in their UPICK answer if they have not already. I should be ready to start it either over the weekend or by Monday, depending on how fast this all comes together. I've been already planning out some roles and...
