I also just realized that... if the condition of the rapping quirk is to rap for the entire phase, lucas didn't fulfill the condition and get the ability at all so he didn't even have the stun to use.

Okay, if mafia are like us and can't quirk ourselves, we can start crossreferencing who has been targeted by the three mafia quirks. Anyone who has received one of those quirks can't be the originator of that quirk.

I mean it's pretty obvious who all three are. we know who all the other quirks belong to and dylan and vowels were the only ones we didn't know but it's easy to figure them out with that note from tiki.

rap (stun) - katagi
pickup lines (jail) - dylan
avatar rambling (quirk block) - vowels

we don't need to cross reference because we already have all the information.

if one of these people is not mafia, it's Dylan, and Tet would be the remaining mafia member going with the idea that there is one set of stun/jails for town and one for mafia.
