I already know that DETHY is balanced (although often slightly in favor of the town). I just thought I'd put this here to gauge interest and because I just hosted a game and thought if anyone else wanted to host a mini-game while we wait for round three I should give them a chance first. Otherwise I'd really like to host this mini-game before round 3. So please let me know if you want to host your mini-game in the next couple of days (or just put it up).
Basics:
- Activity is crucial.
- Infinite vote changes.
- 24 hour phases.
- No-lynch is valid, no vote is not.
- A tie vote, will be determined by rng.
- Result charts are encouraged.
Gameplay:
This game has 5 players. 4 cops and 1 serial killer.
The cops are sane, insane, paranoid and naive.
- The sane cop will receive a correct result.
- The erroneous cop will receive an incorrect result.
- The paranoid cop finds everyone guilty.
- And the naive cop will find everyone innocent.
The cops win if the serial killer dies and the serial killer wins if they are able to take out all of the cops (If there is only 1 cop left, the serial killer automatically takes them out).
Each day phase all players must share the result of their investigations, including the serial killer (who will have to make a result up)
- You will not know which cop you are, if you are a cop.
- You may not investigate yourself.
- During the first night of the game, the serial killer does not send in a kill.
- If a cop dies, players are not told which cop they were.
- Please do not reveal any results until the day phase. I will try to send in results near the end of each night phase.
